1. Body–Plastic coated padlock is thick iron lock body with painted or nickel plating, whole body plastic coated to prevent from water. Your logo can be printed on the cover as your requirement.
2. Hardened steel shackle or steel shackle, electrophoretic coating shackle with 2 rubber rings.
3. Cylinder – brass cylinder protected by cap padlock is anti dust
4. Pins – Brass, 5 pins for 38mm padlock, 6 pins for 50mm and 63mm padlock.
